Which form of payment can I use ?

We support the following payment methods with either "Pay As You Go" or a recurring automatic subscription:

  • Paypal (Bank Account or Credit Card)
  • Stripe (Credit Card)
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin)
  • Interac e-Transfer (Please contact the support)

Why do you have less content than X provider ?

While we might not have as much content as some providers (we still have a lot though !) the main advantage of Atlantis is that we use our own local storage and servers. We have the fastest servers on the market which means no buffering, no limit on transcoding and lightning fast playback !

Other providers use cheap cloud accounts to store 100s of TB which is only a matter of time until their account gets flagged and deleted. Since they don't have the local hardware like we do, they are forced to close down. This is the reason why we've been around for 2+ years while other providers normally only last a couple of months.

That being said, you can still watch anything you want on Atlantis since we have an automated request system so if something is currently not on our servers, it's a matter of minutes to add it.

Do subscribers get access to more medias than trial user ?

No. Trial accounts and subscribers have access to the same libraries and medias. The only difference is the amount of requests that can be made weekly (see other FAQ entry).

Can I share my account with my friends/family ?

Yes ! If you have a plan which allow multiple simultaneous streams you can share your account with anyone you want even if they are not in the same household or family ! Note that there is some limitation to sharing your account with someone else:

  • You will all share the same view history/show progress
  • You will all share the same amount of weekly requests allowed
  • You will all share the same amount of weekly downloads allowed
  • All notifications relating to requests will only be sent to the main email address of the account
  • Billing will need to be taken care of by a single person. It's not possible to split a sub between multiple people or payment methods

If some of these limitations are a deal breaker then we recommended your friend/family member to get a dedicated account and sub.

How can I get Discord notification about my subscription ?

When registering, make sure to set your Discord username and Discord user ID. If you forgot, please contact the support with said info and we will enable it for you.

Do you have a referral program ?

Yes ! Here's how it works:

  • Earn 50% credit based on the plan someone you refer subscribes to, applied once per referral, up to a maximum of $15

For example:

  • If they subscribe to 1 month for $10, you'll get $5 credit!
  • If they subscribe to 1 year for $100, you'll get the max $15 credit!

You can get your personalized referral link in your account settings. Then tell the person you are referring to use your code when registering his account.

Once they subscribe to a plan, you'll get the credit directly in your account and it will be used automatically for your current subscription!

How can I request stuff ?

After subscribing or starting a trial, you will receive an email with a temporary password for our request platform Jellyseerr.

What kind of content can I request ?

Anything except porn.

Can I request content in a different language than English ?

Since English is the main language of the share, most of our media is in English. While you can request content that is in another language, the system might not be able to find/add it. It mainly depends on the overall worldwide popularity of the show or movie. A worldwide famous Spanish show will be able to be found and added easily while a niche local Belarusian show will probably not. YMMV

Do requests expire ?

Requests don’t expire and the system still checks all requests automatically on a daily basis. So for example, if one of our sources upload something that you requested months ago, the system will download it on it’s next daily check and will alert you. Requests never expire and the system will always try to fullfill all of them everyday. This means you can request media that is not out yet and once it's released and added to our servers, you'll receive an email telling you that your previous request is now available to watch.

Is there a limit of requests I can make ?

To prevent abuse and to be fair to everyone, there is a limit of requests you can make each 7 days.

Trial Plan:

  • 3 Movies
  • 2 TV Show seasons (or Anime seasons)

Subscription Plan:

  • 10 Movies
  • 5 TV Show seasons (or Anime seasons)

You can check the amount of requests you have left by going on your profile on the request website (Jellyseerr).

Your quota resets seven days after each individual request, not seven days after the entire quota has been depleted. This means each request has its own reset timer.

How does 4k content work ?

4k Movies and 4k TV Shows are managed a little bit differently then 1080p content. Here are the points to know:

  • Use a strong client that can direct play 4K content (Nvidia Shield or Apple TV using the Infuse app recommended)
  • Your TV should also support Dolby Vision or HDR
  • The most popular 4K Movies and TV Shows are automatically added daily, based on the trending list from Trakt.tv
  • Since 4K movies are 10x bigger than 1080p movies, we don’t plan on enabling requests for 4K content at this time. However rest assured that the latest and most popular movies and shows will be available in 4K on Atlantis as soon as they are released.

My TV show aired yesterday but it's still not on the server

Even though we check frequently if new media is available on more than 50 different sources, it might take 2-3 days for aired episode to show up on our server. The reason is that some time is needed for the different online groups to copy,verify and upload the new media. Once they do, Atlantis servers will download and add it automatically.

Do you have subtitles for all the media ?

Most of our medias have English subtitles. If a media doesn't have subtitles included, we have dedicated subtitles servers that will search online for a matching sub track, will download it and sync it to the audio. Note that the subtitles jobs are run on a daily basis so if a show you requested was added 1 hour ago and subtitles are not available, then it probably means the subtitles job have not run yet. They should be available the next day. If not please open a ticket with support and we will check if we can find them for you.

Do you support dual-audio for anime ?

Yes ! When you request anime, our download servers prioritize dual-audio (English and Japanese) with subtitles in both languages. If an anime is not available with dual-audio at the time of the request then the system will pull the Japanese audio with english subtitles. That being said, it will still check daily if a dual-audio version is available and when found, will overwrite the Japanese only version that was downloaded before.

How to setup the Emby app on Apple TV ?

First download the Emby app from the App Store and then follow these steps to setup the app on your Apple TV:
